## Building & editing

- **How long does it take?** About 3–5 minutes from prompt to live hosted site.
- **How do I edit?** Chat with AI in plain language, or make unlimited manual edits. AI changes are metered per plan (50/year on Small, 200/year on Growth).
- **What can I upload?** Images, text files, and readable text-based PDFs. Scanned PDFs are not supported (no OCR).
- **Can other people help edit?** Yes — invite up to 20 collaborators per site by email, no per-seat charge. They get the full builder; billing and deletion stay with the owner.

## Hosting & domains

- **Where does the site live?** At `{slug}.nanopage.site` with SSL, hosted by Nanopage.
- **Custom domains?** Supported on every plan. You bring your own domain; see the [Domain Guide](https://nanopage.site/domain-guide/).
- **Analytics?** Built-in cookieless analytics on every site: page views, approximate uniques, top pages, referrers, countries.
- **Can I password-protect a site?** Yes — one shared password for visitors. There are no per-visitor accounts.

## Pricing & refunds

- **Refunds?** 7-day refund window.

## Limits

Nanopage builds static content websites. It does not do native ecommerce checkout, per-user visitor accounts, live MLS/IDX feeds, or custom backend workflows — link out to Stripe, Calendly, Eventbrite, and similar tools instead.
