Driveways, parking lots, patching, and resurfacing across the Valley. We pave when asphalt plants are open — not in 115° July.
Phoenix paving runs inverse to the rest of the country. We book 6–8 weeks out once temps drop. Waiting until January means March install at earliest.
What we lay
Residential driveways to small retail lots under 15,000 sq ft. We don't sealcoat — that's a different trade. We install and overlay hot mix.
Remove old asphalt or grade gravel base, compact, tack coat, 2-inch wear course. Edge restraint where needed.
From $4.80 per sq ft · 600 sq ft min
Striping coordination available through partners. ADA pads, catch basins, and wheel stops quoted separately.
$3.20–$5.50 per sq ft · lot size
1.5-inch cap over sound base. Not for alligator-cracked slabs — we'll tell you if tear-off is required.

— Karen L., Scottsdale
★★★★★"Small church lot in Mesa — 4,200 sq ft overlay. Finished same day, no raveling after monsoon season."
— Rev. James T., Mesa
★★★★★"They said our base was shot and quoted tear-off instead of cheap overlay. Honest — saved us a redo next year."
