Country sourdough$948-hour ferment, stone-baked. Our signature.
Seeded rye$8Caraway, sunflower, flax. Dense and malty.
Olive & rosemary fougasse$7Fri–Sun only. Gone by noon most weekends.
Baguette$5Crackly crust, soft crumb. Baked on the hour after 7am.

Pastries

Almond croissant$5Twice-baked, frangipane, powdered sugar.
Morning bun$4.50Orange zest, cardamom sugar, laminated layers.
Brown butter kouign-amann$5.50Caramelized edges. Limited batch — usually gone by 10.

We take a small number of custom cakes each week — birthdays, anniversaries, office send-offs. Buttercream or naked finish, your choice of filling.

Marco and Priya opened Copper & Crumb in 2019 in a former dry-cleaning shop on Court Street. Marco runs the dough side; Priya runs pastry and cakes.

Everything is mixed and shaped by hand. We don't do delivery apps — if you want bread on your table, come to the window or order pickup by email.
