A small residential practice working between New York and Sonoma — gut renovations, new builds, and the long quiet collaborations they take.
We work with architects and builders from schematic design through final styling. Materials are chosen for how they age, not how they photograph on day one. Most projects run twelve to eighteen months; we accept four a year.

Full-Service Design
Complete architectural spatial planning, custom cabinetry, material specifications, and styling. We manage the process from design development through construction completion.
Design Consultation
A detailed 2-hour session (in-person or remote) to define your spatial palette, solve layout challenges, and establish material specifications for owner-led builds.
New commissions
Booking residential projects for late 2026 and early 2027. A short email with site location, scope, and timeline is the best way to start the conversation.
