After punch-list trades. Spot clean, glass polish, final vacuum before keys handoff.

We carry insurance, show crew size on the quote, and don't leave half a job for your laborer to finish.
Also included
Interior glass, mirrors, appliance wipe-down (if installed), baseboards, switch plates, and a magnet pass for screws in carpet. Exterior window cleaning quoted separately for multi-story.
