I work best on products where correctness and speed pull against each other — payments, billing, anything regulated. My teams ship weekly because we invest in the boring parts: clear contracts, good monitoring, honest postmortems.

Started as a business analyst, learned to write SQL before I learned to write roadmaps. I still prototype my own dashboards and sit in on support calls every month. Strong opinions on pricing pages, weakly held on everything else.

  • Led the migration to a unified tokenization service — authorization rate up 3.1 points, an extra €31M captured annually.
  • Cut involuntary churn 22% by rebuilding retry logic and dunning emails around issuer-specific decline codes.
  • Hired and mentor a pod of 3 PMs; wrote the product-spec template now used by all 11 squads.
