All classes are on the Balanced Body reformer. Small group sizes — never more than six.
Our signature class. Full-body flow on the reformer at a steady pace.
Slower, deeper work. Excellent for new clients, recovery, or anyone tired of speed.
One-to-one work with a senior instructor. Best for injuries, pre/post-natal, or specific goals.

Opened Northgate in 2019 after eight years teaching in London. Tends toward the slower, more precise end of the discipline.
Twelve years on reformer. Specialises in pre and post-natal sessions and runs the Tuesday evening Slow class.
Background in physiotherapy. Most of our injury-rehab private sessions are with James.
Teaches the Saturday morning Flow sessions, which tend to be a little brighter and a little faster.
