Best for smaller sheds with clear truck access. We set it on your prepared pad or gravel base. Same-day set when the site is ready.
For tight side yards, HOA access limits, or larger workshops. Framed in place over 2–5 days. You see every board go up.
Permits
Many sheds under a size threshold skip permits; others need a plot plan. We flag which applies before you put a deposit down — and can pull the permit for you in Henrico, Chesterfield, and Richmond City.
