By creating an account or using Nanopage, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service. We may update these terms occasionally — continued use after changes means you accept them.
Use of Service
Nanopage provides AI-powered website generation and hosting. You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of generating your website.
Acceptable Use
Don't use Nanopage to create websites containing illegal content, spam, malware, or content that infringes on others' rights. We reserve the right to remove content and terminate accounts that violate these rules without refund.
Payments & Refunds
Plans are billed annually. We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase if you're not satisfied. After 7 days, charges are non-refundable. You're responsible for all applicable taxes.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Nanopage is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of AI output, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.
