Is there a free trial?

Publishing and further AI changes require a paid plan. Small starts at $19 / year and includes 50 AI changes — and every purchase has a 7-day no-questions-asked refund window on top.
Which plan should I choose?

Small is the right choice for most portfolios, menus, event pages, listings, and small-business websites. Choose Growth if you expect more than 20,000 visitors a year or want to make AI-assisted changes frequently.
Are features different between plans?

No. Both plans include AI generation, global hosting, custom domains, analytics, manual editing, collaborator access, password protection, and the same publishing features. Growth only adds more annual capacity.
Do I pay per person?

No — there are no seats. A plan covers one website, and you can invite up to 20 collaborators to it by email at no extra cost. They share the site's AI change allowance rather than adding to the bill, and billing stays with the owner.
Is it monthly or yearly? Does it auto-renew?

Yearly — one flat fee per website, no monthly subscription. It renews automatically each year so your site never goes down by accident. You can cancel or update payment anytime from your dashboard, and your site stays live until the end of the period you've already paid for.
What happens after my 50 AI changes?

Non-AI changes remain unlimited. You can move to Growth for 200 AI changes a year, or contact us while one-off capacity packs are being prepared.
What if I get more visitors than included?

Your site stays online — we don't cut you off at 20,000 visitors. That allowance covers steady, organic traffic, and if your site consistently outgrows it we'll reach out about options before anything changes. Pages are unlimited.
Can I cancel and get a refund?

Yes — Nanopage has a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. After 7 days the charge is non-refundable, but you can still cancel the renewal at any time.
