Yes — your first build is free. Describe your site, watch the AI build it, preview the finished result, and make one free refinement without paying anything. Publishing and further AI changes require a paid plan. Small starts at $19 / year and includes 50 AI changes — and every purchase has a 7-day no-questions-asked refund window on top.
Which plan should I choose?+
Growth is the recommended plan for regular websites with moderate visits. Choose Small for a small or personal website that will not get many visits or changes, and Pro for a busy site with heavy traffic, a large content library, or weekly changes.
Are features different between plans?+
Only one. Every plan includes AI generation, global hosting, custom domains, analytics, manual editing, password protection, and the same publishing features. Growth and Pro add collaborators — up to 20 people per site — and more annual capacity.
Can someone help me set it up?+
Yes — Guided Launch is a $150 one-time add-on for any plan. It covers up to two hours of hands-on setup, domain connection, launch review, and training. Extra hands-on help after that is $90/hour.
Do I pay per person?+
No — there are no seats. A plan covers one website. On Growth and Pro you can invite up to 20 collaborators to it by email at no extra cost; Small is for one person. Collaborators share the site’s AI change allowance rather than adding to the bill, and billing stays with the owner.
Is it monthly or yearly? Does it auto-renew?+
Yearly — one flat fee per website, no monthly subscription. It renews automatically each year so your site never goes down by accident. You can cancel or update payment anytime from your dashboard, and your site stays live until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
What happens after my 50 AI changes?+
Non-AI changes remain unlimited. You can move to Growth for 200 AI changes a year or Pro for 500, or contact us while one-off capacity packs are being prepared.
What if I get more visitors than included?+
Your site stays online — we don’t cut you off at 20,000 visitors. That allowance covers steady, organic traffic, and if your site consistently outgrows it we’ll reach out about options before anything changes. Pages are unlimited.
Can I cancel and get a refund?+
Yes — Nanopage has a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. After 7 days the charge is non-refundable, but you can still cancel the renewal at any time.
